Thank you for your interest in NorthEast Independent Living Services
(NEILS). Below you will find information about jobs and links to our
fillable applications (Microsoft Excel). If you have any questions,
please contact us.

A Personal Attendant is an individual who is hired, trained, and
supervised by a person with a disability (the consumer) to help with
routines of daily living and other tasks they are unable to perform
alone. A Personal Attendant can enable a person with a disability to
reach a level of independence based on personal choices. Without the
help of a personal attendant, many people with disabilities would be
forced to live in a nursing home or other institution and would not
be able to live in their own home. For more information about
becoming a CDS Attendant, you can call or
email the CDS Department.

NEILS is a non-profit organization that constantly looks for new
programs and services we can offer. Because of this, we review
applications regularly to find the best candidates to implement and
assist in making our programs and services successful. We are an
Equal Opportunity Employer and highly encourage people with
disabilities to apply. We take applications at any time. For more
information on current openings at NEILS, you can call or
email the
Executive Director.

Quality In-Home Care is a subsidiary of NEILS. We are always looking
for fresh faces and ideas on improving the quality of In-Home Care
in NorthEast Missouri. We take applications at any time for Aides,
CNAs, and LPNs. If you have any questions, you can call or
email
the QIHC Program Director.

NEILS Board of Directors is always looking for fresh faces and new
ideas on improving and implementing programs and services.
Applicants must reside in either Clark, Lewis, Marion, Monroe,
Ralls, or Pike County. Persons with disabilities are highly
encouraged to apply. If you have questions about the duties of the
Board of Directors or want more information on applying, you can
