Missouri Statewide Independent Living Council
MOSILC cooperates with Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and Rehabilitation Services for the Blind (RSB) to develop, sign and submit the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL). They support the Centers for Independent Living (CILs) and advocate for disability rights and issues. MOSILC also compiles data and conducts studies, develops model policies, conducts trainings, provides outreach to unserved and underserved populations, and works to expand and improve Independent Living Services.

National Council on Independent Living
Since its inception, NCIL has carried out its mission by assisting member CILs and SILCs in building their capacity to promote social change, eliminate disability-based discrimination, and create opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in the legislative process to affect change. NCIL promotes a national advocacy agenda set by its membership and provides input and testimony on national disability policy.

Missouri Association for Social Welfare
MASW conducts research on issues, deliberates on policy initiatives, and plans strategies for achieving change. Their primary focus is on the following programs: Children’s Health, Criminal Justice, Health and Mental Health, Housing and Homelessness, Human Rights, Hunger, and Community and Economic Development.

Missouri Council for In-Home Services
Missouri Council for In-Home Services is an organization for those who provide in-home healthcare services to elderly and people with disabilities. These services include, but are not limited to, personal care, housekeeping, respite, nursing visits, advanced personal care, chore services, personal care and companion, and assistance with errands.

CHART Partnership
The CHART Partnership is a group of area service agencies in Marion County that meet monthly to discuss services available in the area and community events that will be occurring in the area for consumers and other citizens to attend as well as for service agencies to participate.

CHART Wellness

The CHART Wellness group focuses on raising awareness about different health related aspects in the community by creating awareness campaigns and raising awareness through community events.

Pike Community Care Partnership
The Pike County Care Partnership is a group of area service agencies in Pike County that meet monthly to discuss services available in the area and community events that will be occurring in the area for consumers and other citizens to attend as well as for service agencies to participate.

Samaritan Well Coalition
The Samaritan Well Coalition is a group of area service agencies and organizations in Lewis County that meet monthly to discuss the unmet needs of the area. The group also discusses services available in the area and community events that will be occurring in the area for consumers and other citizens to attend as well as for service agencies to participate.
